“The principle issue which led to my calling A-Appliance was, I thought, unusual; an assessment later confirmed by the technician, who explained he'd never seen anything like it. Nonetheless, he quickly devised a strategy for addressing the problem, and kept at it until the job was done. He then turned around and freely gave of his time to assist in making an unrelated repair that was merely tangential to the original issue.

Following this, the technician expertly repaired a second appliance - fortunately that one had a far more traditional problem; simply a worn out part. Throughout it all, he maintained not only a professional, but good-natured and genuinely kind demeanor. While I certainly can't speak to the experience of anyone else, mine was a thoroughly positive experience, and I'm quite grateful for the expertise that was brought to bear.
